Our Service Delivery
Our service delivery process is designed to provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction to our clients:
Free initial contact: usually made over the phone, the discussion focuses on the description of the business problem and the high level definition of the requirements. Allow up to 30 minutes for the discussion.
Following the initial contact, further information might be needed for us to properly estimate the amount of work required to complete the work: existing data and research, business plan, etc. This information will be communicated to us in strict confidence.
We will determine whether primary research is required for the project and if applicable what parameters should be selected: sample size, qualification of respondents, method of interview, etc.
End to end management of the research project: timeline, budget, client updates, deliverables
We will then provide a quote and an estimated timeline for the delivery of results.
We will require acceptance of the quote and a deposit of 50% before commencing work.
Post delivery support will be provided if there is any issue with the quality of the deliverable
